Why is the team price introductory?
Because the shared inbox is new and we do not yet know whether working a pipeline together is worth what it will eventually cost. $35/month is what it costs while we find out, and the price will rise once it has proved itself. We will tell you before it changes for you.
What does a team share?
One product and one opportunity inbox. A team is up to 5 people working the same pipeline, which is why the price is flat rather than per seat: adding someone does not add another product to monitor. The subscription belongs to the team, so it survives whoever set it up moving on.
What counts as a loop run?
One turn of work by an agent. Running the Community Loop is one. Asking it for three more threads is another, because it goes and searches again. Replying to an agent to redirect it is one too. A turn that fails is not counted.
Why is the plan free?
Because you should be able to judge whether the advice is any good before you pay for anything, and because a plan you read once is worth less than a plan you act on. The paid part is the acting.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, then drop back to the free tier. Your plan, your loop history and every draft stay exactly where they are.
Is there a trial?
The 10 free runs are the trial. We would rather you spent them and decided than gave us a card first.
